2008 Time and Payment Information
Weekend events begin Friday with dinner at 6:00pm and end after lunch on Sunday.  Bedrooms are ready after 4:00pm on Friday.

Payment terms:
The following apply unless otherwise noted --

$195 for a private room
$175 per person for a shared room

Day events are $40 including lunch
Ordinarily day events are 9:30am - 3:30pm

For weekend events, at least a $40 deposit is required. 

We will send a confirmation email but your check will be your receipt.  Deposits are non-refundable, but transferable to a future event within a year.
